Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
To request a return, exchange or refund please:

A prepaid shipping label will be provided to return or exchange your purchase. Please include your original receipt with the returned item.
To cancel an order you have placed with SafeSpace Company, contact customer support by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 800-735-2506. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items need to be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 90 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Please include your original receipt with your returned item.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the online return center receives the item and confirms your original credit card information. Payments made via PayPal are subject to the policies and timelines of PayPal refunds center.
Return shipments are free. Upon request of a return or exchange, a prepaid FedEx shipping label will be emailed to the provided email address. Shipping costs will not be refunded to customers who choose to use other shipping methods besides the prepaid FedEx shipping label.
If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you are returning, you will be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
