One of the biggest
headaches for many schools is fundraising to supplement
extra-curricular activities, trips and special school projects. OUCH!
First you have to pick an item that has the broadest appeal, then get
samples/info materials into the hands of the students and distributed
to potential buyers/supporters, assign teachers/volunteers to oversee
sales tracking and accountability of payment monies. And of course
there’s the eventual handling, storing and delivery of
truckloads of the product to buyers by students/families. Needless to
say, it can be an organizational nightmare, time-eater, nerve-burner
and often has minimal returns to the school for all the time and
effort invested.

All fundraising sales are

unique, school/project specific identifier code. This means no money
handling by students and fiscal accountability by the school or
coordinator and sales commissions can be generated throughout the
whole school year.
All website purchased
SafeSpace® products are shipped directly to the buyer, which
means no unloading, handling, storage and delivery of product by
school/students.
Printed motivational posters
and downloadable SafeSpace® artwork are available free to
participating schools to promote the SafeSpace® fundraising
project in the school.
Actively participating schools
will receive Monthly Sales Reports from SafeSpace® that provides
a list of all sales for that period by buyers last name (as entered
during purchase), date of purchase transaction, buyer’s zip
code and commission amount for each web sale. That list will be
based on all sales transactions that used the school’s
identifier code during a product purchase on the SafeSpace®
website. (Due to privacy and security regulations no more
information can be provided)
In addition to the Monthly
Sales Report, the school will receive a single, total, monthly
commission check from the SafeSpace® Company for the total
amount of commissions earned during the previous calendar month.
That check will be issued to the participating school’s
designated funds recipient, no-later-than five (5) business days
after the end of the calendar month reported upon. Commissions are
paid for internet sales transactions ONLY!
The school may choose to allow
SafeSpace® product purchasers the option to ship the purchased
product to the participating school itself for use in the schools
cleaning and illness reduction program.
School ‘s commission on
SafeSpace® product sales made through the SafeSpace®
website, on products offered on the SafeSpace® website, with the
participating school’s ID code, is 10% of the listed
retail price of the item(s) purchased. (Commissions exclude any and
all shipping charges and/or applicable sales tax)
In all honesty, no school fundraiser
